Construction walls around the future Bartaco at 11886 Grand Park Avenue at Pike & Rose have been removed, providing our first look at the progress inside. It appears the interior fit-out is ahead of schedule, and that is reflected in the fact that Bartaco is now hiring for all positions at this location. You can see the facade now features large roll-up doors. Still to come inside: the Southern California and Latin American-inspired decor.

Inasmuch as I think P&R is way too tightly jammed in, this is going to be very good. Their exciting reputation and reviews, are excellent.
ReplyDeletePike and Rose is way too tightly jammed in? As in a nice walkable urban space? Or perhaps you prefer your restaurants to be free-standing, in large parking lots with a double line of drive through pick up lanes. Not sure why anyone in their right mind would that think Pike and Rose in not a well planned, and inviting transit oriented place.
