Citibank Wisconsin Avenue construction update (Photos)

French cafes, pizza joints, coffee places and I forgot, banks. I haven't been inside a bank in at least 5 years. People are retail banking I suppose. They're everywhere and every size. Hmm.
ReplyDeleteIsn't that block also about to be redeveloped soon? It will be like musical chairs for the next couple of years.
ReplyDeleteBanks set up branches in high wealth areas to attract deposits and cross sell other products. They are also still necessary for dealing sometimes with joint accounts and transfers upon a death in the family. But overall, branches are declining.
