Unwilling to budge even an inch on their terms and overpriced asking rents in most cases. wheaton is even worse. they have a really poor reputation in the real-estate community as well as amongst businesses. I have several locations in the county and this landlord is on my blacklist. Perhaps you can interview Greenhill and find out more about what's up with the vacancies, his plan for all his property acquisitions, long term future, etc. That would be a great piece and really helpful to us residents in the dark on what is currently a neighborhood killer with all of the vacancies.
