Is their wasabi freshly grated (and not the artificial green horseradish)? Does their sushi chef have some sort of pedigree (apprenticed at a noteworthy sushi restaurant perhaps)? Is their fish sourced from a high-end distributor? Right now, their menu reads like your typical generic sushi/maki restaurant with reasonable prices, so I'm left wondering how this place is any different from their competition.
