    But…but…curfews, chaperones. I think it high time we stop unsupervised mass transit. Henceforth, Westfield should decree all Ride-On busses circulating its perimeter must be attended by a full-sized WMATA Metro bus.

      @ 2:13 PM - I think you’re having a flashback to the 1970s when the first generation of Ride-On busses were glorified school buses.

    The Westbard area (River Rd.) of that lobe of Bethesda is an arterial thrucut akin to Piney Branch for DTSS, its not like they are really invading Bethesda proper.

      Hang out on Wayne Ave near Sligo Creek Parkway and tell us that it's not coming to DTSS and soon to Bethesda.

    @2:13, it's West*bard*, not West*field*.

    PS: I am @2:13 I still like my proposal, though.

    This must be part of the grandiose scheme to create sustainable housing throughout the county.

    I just don't see the mentality of our leaders. Create havoc, raise taxes and then expect economic growth by attracting emerging technology partners..

    1. 4:46: Certainly a novel approach to "attracting emerging technology partners" - while publicly announcing you favor banning data centers. Of course, zero critique of such obvious incompetence from the local press. We're being governed by literal idiots, and everyone in a position of influence is apparently terrified to call it out.

      4:46. Its the plan for power since they know what's really best for us. Equality no matter your merit.

    I avail myself of the opportunity to recommend the establishment, in our time, of a Police Substation at Westbard.
