Today, new cupcake truck Cupcake Blvd. will make its very first stops in Montgomery County. The tentative place and time are at Bethesda Row, near Woodmont and Bethesda Avenues, around 1 PM.

But this being the first day, there could be changes. So stay tuned to @BethesdaRow and @CupcakeBlvd on Twitter. Cupcake Blvd. may stop in Silver Spring first.
