MEDIFAST CLOSES ON ARLINGTON ROAD, SPACE FOR LEASE - BETHESDA RETAIL SPACE

The small strip mall between Uncle Julio's and Crawford Tire on Arlington Road continues to struggle.  T-Mobile failed there and closed.  Now Medifast is the latest victim.  Shuttered for good, Federal Realty is now offering the space for lease.

It seems inevitable that this property will be redeveloped into a small, mixed-use building, possibly taking adjacent parcels, should they be available in future years.
