I have good, solid evidence that party-throwing/planning headquarters Creative Parties, LTD may move to another downtown Bethesda location.
Although there has been no official announcement, CP might soon move from its current home at 8011 Woodmont Avenue across the way to a ground-level storefront in the posh Landow Building, at 4822 St. Elmo Avenue.
While we're awaiting word, you may want to stop by their current location, as they're having a sale.
Is this a big deal?
ReplyDeleteI think any real estate news is of interest to residents, as well as to customers of the businesses involved. This is a hyperlocal site, so yes, neighborhood news is a big deal to me.
DeleteBig deal in terms of small businesses in Bethesda. That little house on Woodmont is iconic.
