Here is a wide, panoramic photo of the Lot 31 construction site at Bethesda Row. The project involves construction of 2 luxury residential buildings - The Darcy, and The Flats - and a 900-space public parking garage that will run under both.
Note that a second tower crane is under construction down in "The Pit."
