Construction fencing has been removed from the building that will hold a rooftop restaurant (Roof) scheduled to open this fall. The Steven Karr-designed building is at the corner of Norfolk and Cordell Avenues. Other future tenants include Dunkin' Donuts, Baskin Robbins and Smashburger.
