2 BURGLARIES IN 1 DAY IN SAME VICINITY IN BETHESDA TUESDAY, DRUG BUST ON BATTERY LANE & MORE - BETHESDA CRIME UPDATE

Two burglaries were reported in close proximity in downtown Bethesda Tuesday, September 3, according to crime data.

The incidents happened in the 7600 block of Wisconsin Avenue and the 4500 block of East-West Highway.

A theft was reported on Ventnor Road in the Green Acres neighborhood Tuesday; a vehicle was broken into on that same street last week.

September 2

Drug arrest. 11000 block Luxmanor Road.

September 3

Theft. 5200 block Ventnor Road.

Burglary. 7600 block Wisconsin Avenue.

Burglary. 4500 block East-West Highway.

Vehicle burglary. 7100 block Wisconsin Avenue.

Theft. 6800 block Wisconsin Avenue.

Theft. 9700 block Old Georgetown Road.

Theft. 5400 block Alta Vista Road.

Vehicle burglary. 6200 block Perthshire Court.
