Montgomery County has issued the Tenant Fit-out permit for the 2-floor Sport & Health gym that will be located at Pike & Rose. The building it will share with other tenants is currently under construction on Grand Park Avenue, a new, narrow road that is itself under construction at the former Mid-Pike Plaza site on Rockville Pike.
Developer Federal Realty has said the fitness center reflects the concept of Pike & Rose as an active community.
