Tako Grill, a Japanese restaurant currently located at 7756 Wisconsin Avenue, will likely move to a new location by the end of this year. A source tells me the sushi and sake spot is actively seeking a new location, preferably in Bethesda or White Flint.
They would like 2000-2500 square feet of space, and one that is already configured as a restaurant.
Why is Tako Grill moving? Because a massive redevelopment on that block - which will include a Westin hotel - will replace several existing buildings.
