The outdoor seating is starting to come outdoors at restaurants around Bethesda, including the popular Mussel Bar at Bethesda Row. Their tables are ready, but will the downright-nutty weather cooperate? Reports of snow Sunday night threaten to turn Bethesda residents into indoor diners, before they even had a chance to take off their coats!
