TACO BELL WAFFLE TACO REVIEW (VIDEO)

Taco Bell Breakfast is here, and here is my first review from the menu! The Waffle Taco is available in Egg and Cheese, Sausage or Bacon versions. I chose to start with the sausage version, which has a sausage patty, scrambled eggs, and cheese wrapped in a warm waffle. A packet of maple syrup comes with it, for dipping purposes.

How has the Taco Bell breakfast experiment turned out? Watch my detailed review and find out! I also give an update on the Taco Bell Breakfast Phone.

No one cares what you think about Taco Bell. Nobody reading your blog eats Taco Bell because we are not in college and there are no Taco Bells in Bethesda. Seriously, who could ever take you (very) serious on your issues and coverage when it's mixed in with reviews about fast-food. And the fact that you don't see how that undermines your credibility might be woes then the fact that your doing it in the first place. And your counter- "what one eats has nothing to do with the facts", is absurd.

    1. How much "credibility" does someone who anonymously trolls on a blog have? I'm writing as myself, not as "Anonymous." There is a difference.

I don't know if your comment is meant to be humorous, or serious. The idea that a person's credibility and arguments on a topic would be negated if they like hamburgers or tacos is both hysterical and fascinating. Should that be the first question at a Clinton-Bush 2016 debate - "before we start, what did each of you have for breakfast this morning?"

Could you give us a list of "approved foods" that give even the most corrupt politicians instant credibility? Unbelievable.

I realize there are a handful of people who have an axe to grind, as this blog is the only news source in MoCo telling the whole story, not just the Post/Gazette version.

You've reviewed the factual, informative stories, considered my arguments, and your response is to criticize tacos? That suggests my reporting is indeed credible, if that is what you have to resort to.

By the way, a lot of college students read this blog. And a lot of adults eat at Taco Bell. What does that have to do with the fact that no large employer has moved to Montgomery County in the last decade?

"I realize there are a handful of people who have an axe to grind, as this blog is the only news source in MoCo telling the whole story, not just the Post/Gazette version."

Perhaps it's arrogant and false declarations such as this one that inspire such derisive comments.

    Just something to consider.

  3. What is false and arrogant about that statement? It's entirely factual.

There are as few as 2 people who are posting critical comments on this blog. You can't debate on the facts, so you post what you admit are "derisive comments." It's not great PR for your side in the public debate on these serious issues.

Debating serious issues with a Taco Bell reviewer is tough to digest. Your undermining your credibility by reviewing fast food next to analysis of important issues. That you don't see that shows a lapse of judgement.

  5. Here's some old-fashioned hypocritical MoCo machine politics again. I had a story about the Taco Bell breakfast. Guess what? So did the Chicago Tribune, LA Times and USA Today, among many other respected media organizations!

Do those other media outlets now have no credibility after reporting a Taco Bell story? That's what you're saying, unless you are applying a double standard just to me.

Most successful media outlets have a variety of stories on diverse topics. Welcome to the world.
