DUNKIN' DONUTS CONSTRUCTION UPDATE (PHOTOS)

If you remember how quickly the other downtown Bethesda locations of Dunkin' Donuts were constructed, you won't be surprised by the progress at their newest Elm Street location across from Bethesda Row. But will it still open on October 28? They work fast, but that might be a stretch. Opening day can't be that far off, though.
