HUNGER GAMES MARATHON IN BETHESDA THURSDAY - INCLUDES MOCKINGJAY PART 1

Extreme fans of the Hunger Games series can celebrate the grand opening of the book and film phenomenon's latest celluloid installment with a Hunger Games marathon in Bethesda this Thursday, November 20. Starting at 2:00 PM (see exact times below), screen the original, the Catching Fire sequel, and the newest, Mockingjay, Part 1, at several Bethesda theaters.

Buy tickets ahead online for your theater of choice - click on the theater name to order online:

ArcLight Cinemas - all attendees will receive a commemorative lanyard. You can also order a dinner sandwich that day, which you can pick up during the intermission between Catching Fire and Mockingjay, Part 1. First movie starts at 2:20 PM.

Regal Cinemas Bethesda 10 - Regal Crown Club members will receive a limited-edition keychain. First movie starts at 2:30 PM.

AMC Mazza Gallerie - Commemorative marathon lanyard, plus a free poster (only 1 of every 10 posters will be of Katniss, the chain notes for those concerned about that). Not in Bethesda, but worth knowing for memorabilia collectors. First movie starts at 2:00 PM.

    @11:58AM:
Don't embarrass yourself. We all know everyone in town reads Robert's blog.

If we want tips on how to organize our closets, we go elsewhere for that :)

Can someone who has been to both Arclight and iPic chime in?

I'd like to go see the Hunger Games (just mockingjay) and I've never been to either theater?

    Anyone been to both? Pros/Cons?

    Thanks!

  8. 11:58 Yeah, real media outlets that provide zero coverage of Bethesda.

    Bob,
11:58 can't read too well, so he enjoys the big glossy photos in REAL print media like Washingtonian Magazine. If it's not in Washingtonian, it didn't happen in Bethesda.

I'm surprised he was able to access your site through his AOL browser.

Bob is covering all things Pike & Rose. Didn't you see his tour of their holiday decorations?

I don't think ipic is giving anything away like the other theaters are when you buy your tickets...

Dyer covers all things Pike & Rose...

    ...except iPic.

I suspect that Cargoplex met his demise investigating Dyer's shameful embargo of news about iPic, because they won't give him any freebies.
