Construction is still very much down in the "pit" at the Lauren ultra-luxury condominium site at Hampen Lane and Woodmont Avenue in Bethesda. The Lauren will be topped off by a $10.5 million penthouse, the custom design of which will be completed in consultation with the eventual owner.
