BETHESDA CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: THE DARCY/THE FLATS AT LOT 31 (PHOTOS)

The future street-level storefronts are boarded up, but a lot more detail has been added to the building facades since my last update on The Darcy condos and The Flats luxury apartments at the former site of Lot 31. It's now more obvious that the Darcy is a notch above the Flats in balconies and other exterior details.

Here's an odd find - a Del Frisco's Grille signboard where the future Silver Diner concept restaurant will be. Del Frisco's has recently opened in North Bethesda and in the District.

One retail space remains available in The Darcy along Woodmont Avenue, although it could be divided into two spaces, depending upon demand.
