BETHESDA CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: ELEMENT 28 APARTMENTS TOWER CRANE INSTALLATION (PHOTOS/VIDEO)

The erection of a tower crane is becoming a standard event in downtown Bethesda's luxury apartment building boom, snarling traffic and drawing photographers. Element 28, a Kettler mixed-use apartment tower on Old Georgetown Road, got its crane yesterday, requiring a choreographed effort by numerous men and machines.
