Bose store moving at Westfield Montgomery Mall in Bethesda (Photos)
The Bose store will be moving to a new space by Talbots on Level 1 at Westfield Montgomery Mall.
5:51: Which previous business failed and vacated the sites where Kendra Scott is going at Bethesda Row, or Peter Chang's is now at Rockville Town Square. It's called normal retail turnover. You don't have a hashtag of #DeadTownCenter, do you?
It does not really matter why the old store has moved out as there must have been several reasons which influenced their decision. It could have been the rental fees, the bad location, and so much more. The important factor is that Bose is smart to act quick enough to grab the opportunity and secure the new location. They just need to do removals of their equipment and they are good to go at a new storefront.
"New space by Talbert's, er, Talbot's"
ReplyDeleteThis is not a newly constructed space. Which previous business failed and vacated the site?

DeleteI guess it wasn't a club, then. Otherwise you'd be babbling about Riemer's War On The Night.
