New banner at The Flats - ready to schedule a tour? (Photos) #Bethesda #DC
The Flats, now know as the Flats at Bethesda Avenue, is already leasing up. Yesterday, workers were installing a new banner with the property's marketing logo on the building. Management firm Bozzuto is sweetening the deal with a contest - if you sign a lease this month, you will be entered into a drawing for a $1000 gift card from The Container Store.
They have a Leasing Office at 4733 Elm Street, and are already scheduling tours. You can make your appointment online.
A lottery - really? PerSei apartments gave away $500 dollar container store gift cards, and $250 matchbox giftcards plus a free year at sport and health for the first 50 ppl who leased.
Possibly God cares enough about all of the people of Bethesda that he wanted this beautiful community prayed over. That even the wealthy, the brilliant, the self-possessed, who also happen to suffer, might come to experience Heaven touching Earth in profoundly relevant ways.
And unfortunately, it may take someone not overly self-important to do that praying. :)
