Everything is now in place at the new Cold Stone Creamery in the Dining Terrace at Westfield Montgomery Mall in Bethesda. Menus are installed, and even the topping containers are there (although they were empty yesterday). The ice cream chain had originally been targeting May 1 for the opening. It wasn't open yesterday when I stopped by, but it appears ready to go any minute now. You can get ready by checking the menu below:
