PLEASE address or clarify the ' KIDNAPPING" crimes ...there has been 6 within a month
ReplyDelete10:59: Unfortunately, only the Police Department has the ability to do that. Remember, "Kidnapping" also covers less dramatic offenses than somebody being grabbed and held for $10M ransom.
