This is the second Asian addition to the Bethesda mall in only a week, with the recent opening of Shanghai 66.
They're also right on schedule, having promised a November opening. Hard to believe that just a couple of years ago, there were no Korean restaurants in Bethesda, and now we are finally getting a fair number of them.
I heard that Dyer thinks that "Chipotle" rhymes with "bottle".
ReplyDeleteHopefully this is good. Looking forward to trying this.
ReplyDeleteDumpling Dojo closed so this year has been +2 -1 for Asian eatery spots at the mall?
-2 if you count Kraze Burger.
ReplyDeleteAh yeah that was Korean owned also, right?
ReplyDeleteSo +2 -2.
Anyone ever find out what exactly happened?
Has the lobster ME countdown started yet?
ReplyDeleteDon't forget MET Bethesda
ReplyDeleteMET could be a booming biz if they added an H to their name.
ReplyDeleteWRONG!! You sure blew this one. This place isn't even close to opening. As of today, November 20, the signs still advertise for interviews. You want to do a do over?
ReplyDeleteStill haven't fessed up to the goof you made on this one I see. This place is nowhere near ready to open. BLOWN CALL DYER!
ReplyDelete7:39: It wasn't a blown call - the restaurant owners said it was opening that day.
