Mysterious waste barrels return to the Woodmont Triangle (Photos)

Those mysterious barrels labeled "non-hazardous waste" have returned to the corner of Cordell and Woodmont Avenues in downtown Bethesda's Woodmont Triangle. This is the future site of a luxury apartment tower, and the containers may be related to soil samples being taken as part of the process.

I think the "non hazardous" designation is just a general indicator for handling and transportation. No real issue to be concerned about here. It's like indicating the difference between trash and recycling and yard waste.

Come on, the guy runs a local news site, gives it to you for free and has no ads . . .

And you STILL complain about it?

Yeah, Dyer can only do so much. He's running a free local blog in his spare time. A guy's gotta work for a living. Most of us certainly couldn't do our 9-5 and still put out this much content. Gotta cut Dyer some slack for doing this unpaid after his paying job.

What does Dyer actually do for a living?

What is his source of income?

If he's "unpaid", then why do at least half of his articles read like "sponsored content"?

The first thing I think when I read an article in the Sentinel is, how much does the writer get paid? I'm sure those Sentinel freelancers are making big bucks.

No one reads the Sentinel. It's just legal notices. Their advertisers don't care if no one reads their paper. And no one reads Dyer, either.

All of us anonymous nobodies, both and against Robert Dyer's opinions. All standing out in the cold warmed by our personal rage.

Perhaps Dyer is a secret operative of the EPA trying in vain to expose illegal dumping
