Planning Board vote delayed on Westbard Sector Plan? (Photo)
Just noticed on the Montgomery County Planning Board agenda for December 17, that the Westbard Sector Plan worksession item now has the words "vote out" crossed out. The worksession is still on, of course, but - assuming it wasn't a typo - the slash mark suggests the vote to send it to the County Council will be held at a separate session.
IT IS A MYSTERY

If it wasn't for those darn kids, I would have gotten away with it.
ReplyDeleteRobert, thanks for seeing and reporting on this. Do you have any insight into its significance? Are other surprises (even taller buildings, more luxury apartments) in store for us in the Westbard sector?
ReplyDeletePerhaps they are trying to find a developer for the Little Falls library site.
