Penang closed tonight due to power outage in Bethesda
Penang, a Malaysian restaurant at 4933 Bethesda Avenue, is closed tonight. The restaurant says a power outage has temporarily shut them down.
Hans is the one stalled in the transformation department. I don't think his own nighttime initiative policies would allow him to fly anywhere after 9pm, even if he could find the zipper.
It's not just Penang. Much of the Bethesda Row area was blacked out.
