Bethesda yoga studio up for lease

Bethesda Dahn Yoga Center, a.k.a. Body & Brain Bethesda, has closed and their studio space at 7849 Old Georgetown Road is up for lease. The 2295 SF space includes 2 restrooms and up to 3 parking spaces - pretty valuable in downtown Bethesda. How much? The rate is negotiable for a 60-month lease, according to the listing.

Some students from Body & Brain have moved to their Rockville location for classes.

    Part of me says that it is a good thing that these low-rent yoga studios are being weeded out of our community. My only worry is that students from this studio are going to start showing up at Equinox. I cannot tell you how frustrating it is to have an entire class held up because someone cannot even hold the most basic of poses.
