Former Lotus dealership space for rent in Bethesda

We can stop wondering which luxury brand EuroMotorcars might bring next to 4937 Bethesda Avenue. Unlike the brand swap at their Woodmont Avenue dealership, this former Lotus showroom is now on the market as retail space.

Bethesda's AMR Commercial, LLC is the leasing agent.

    This space would be perfect for Vineyard Vines. That way, Bethesdians would not have to go to the Montgomery Mall or Georgetown to look good this spring.

    If the Progressive Bethesdian family ever stops going to Montgomery Mall, that will be the end of it. I'm selling all my shares in Westfield.
