The big dig is underway at the Cheval Bethesda ultra-luxury condo site at the corner of Fairmont Avenue and Old Georgetown Road in downtown Bethesda. As you can see, some sheeting and shoring work has been done, such as on the Old Georgetown side of the property.
Duball, LLC is the developer of the building, which is expected to deliver in 2017. The 17-story tower will house 72 condo units, and 7000 SF of non-residential space. Prices will be ultra-luxury tier indeed: From the $900,000s to over $2.5 million.
@1047- agreed. At least people are trying to #PriceDyerOuttaBethesda now

ReplyDelete2:20: Stupid comment considering that all the photos in the first post of the day were taken in daylight, some in the early afternoon. You're still "Dumass material all the way."

ReplyDeleteWith all these luxury units under development, where's the Wegman's or Dean & DeLuca? Why must we settle for HT and Safeway? This town needs a high-end luxury market to cater to Poopy, or is it Poppy?

ReplyDeleteSeriously though, what's the point of responding to a comment if you're going to delete it anyway? If it's a troll post delete it and don't respond.
