1.5 miles walking distance to the Medical Center Metro station.
ReplyDelete1.3 miles walking distance to the Grosvenor Metro stations, with very poor pedestrian access crossing the Beltway.
By the standard of "Smart Growth", these buildings would be more appropriate in Westbard, which is closer to the Metro.
Mr. Reamer told Bethesda residents that they can walk to two Metro stations from Westbard Avenue.

9:20am it was embarrassing to the community. Reamer visits once, inside a bus, and later claims he saw two Metro stations within walking distance.

7:58: None of the above fit smart growth standards, which assign high-density only to properties 1/3 to 1/2 mile from a rapid transit station. You really need to read up on smart growth.
