Slight delay in opening at new Quincy's in Bethesda

The newest Quincy's location in Montgomery County had hoped to open last week, but had to postpone due to "technical issues." I've heard it might be related to the required final County inspections, and having covered openings for many years now, I can say that is a very common occurrence that has delayed many, many a restaurant opening in the County.

They plan to open as soon as possible, so stay tuned for the new opening date. Quincy's is located in the former Hard Times Cafe spot at 4920 Del Ray Avenue.

I found a very cool video by Marcus Bain that gives a tour of the interior if you want a preview.

Dyer if you hate MoCo so much - LEAVE! You are hated here. You don't want to be here. We don't want you to be here. You are the only cancer attacking this beautiful county of ours. #MoCoMachine4eva

Can you help qualify that statement. Do you mean say Google Analytics? High unique visitors count? Versus say high page view count? Wondering if you are reading and analyzing your data properly.

7:07am You don't know what reader engagement is?

I bet Dyer has the largest digital audience in MoCo local news when looking at all of his neighborhood sites. Amazing work!

Dyer does a great job of covering local things of interest and/or concern. Maybe he has a crazy idea or two, but at least nobody is paying him to take their side. Sometimes an off-beat idea is what's needed.

With the amount of time some of you spend here bitching and insulting, you obviously love this site too.

Robert, Don't worry about those who talk behind your back. They're behind you for a reason. :)

Does anyone here think its legal for Dyer to be exiled from the USA? We need some attorneys to figure this out. I'll chip in for court costs.

2:28PM Why do you care so much? Are you a little light on sources and need to add some of Dyer's?

You could be a sociopath who means well or a master manipulative douche bag. But which?

This freaking place is cursed... Between Arnie's involvement and the new entrance in the alley, it makes no sense. I can honestly say 'Meh" about Quincy's Bethesda finally opening. There are plenty of other places to go.

From the video, they're jerks. I won't spend a dime there, even if it's a Pokemon gym.
