Well sure he has. He posted this column.
    But why does it matter?

Is it work if he isn't paid for it?

Worst location I could think of. Traffic already clogs on Wisc Ave at all times of day, the only post office in Bethesda is impossible to get to and the lot where Target shoppers will park is completely unworkable. This will never be successful. Finally, these urban Target stores are more like glorified CVS stores. At last count, Bethesda had 3 of those, one being across from where this is going in. #neverwill work, #rockvilletarget

So sad that 8:13PM's self-esteem is so low that he needs to bully another person just to feel better about himself.
He doesn't even know Robert Dyer personally, he's just picked him to be the brunt of his disdain.
If you're trying to improve the world, you should start with yourself.

1:17PM Obsess much? Hit a little too close to home and you had to lash out. I called you out on your childish behavior and you threw a temper tantrum. End of story.

I'm sorry dear, but in order for you to insult me, I must first value your
    opinion. Nice try though.

According to Target, this 35,500 sq. ft. store will feature merchandise that includes men’s, women’s and kids’ apparel and accessories, toys, sporting goods, fresh, grab-and-go groceries and meal solutions, a health and beauty assortment, curated home assortment with a focus on décor pieces, and portable technology accessories. Services offered: Pharmacy and Order Pick-up.

So 2:23's "glorified CVS" remark seems likely, though it will likely be a much nicer and less expensive place to shop than CVS.

"I must first value your opinion", he responds just 18 minutes later.

Honey, the only one counting minutes is you. Not everyone is obsessed with this blog like you are. People read, comment, leave, come back later, read, comment, leave. Sometimes, there are even back and forth discussions! Oh, my !!

Stop stressing yourself out. You'll have a stroke if you keep up this ridiculous paranoia. Stop confusing coincidence with intent.
