What's going on behind the wall at the future site of the new 2nd District Montgomery County Police station at 4823 Rugby Avenue? Mostly grading, and the installation of underground utilities. A pedestrian detour has been created in front of the site to compensate for the sidewalk closure there.
Did you illegally hop the wall to take photos of the construction of the new police station? That's pretty bold Dyer...I'm impressed, but you're still a creeper
ReplyDelete7:14: Nope, I was on public property at all times. News photographers don't qualify as "creepers," but a cowardly man-child Guy Friday for the Montgomery County political cartel trolling as 'Anonymous" on a news website does.
Delete7:14 is trolling you, certainly, but to accuse much less believe he (or she) works for the "Montgomery County political cartel" is silly at best.
DeleteIf Dyer had a real "she-troll" he'd be so excited!

ReplyDeleteHaha it's pretty standard. Anyone who disagrees with Dyer about anything either:
a) is/works for Hans Riemer
b) works for Bethesda Magazine
The sad part is that Dyer might actually believe the outlandish stuff he says.
And Dyer seems to believe that a) and b) are one and the same.
DeleteDon't forget C) Equity One PR person
DeleteDo Hans Reimer and/or anyone at Bethesda Magazine actually know who Robert Dyer is and that he blogs?

ReplyDelete@ 6:32 AM: "Denying The Antecedent".
Delete6:32 AM true. News sites with a large audience will get some weird commentators (ever read the comments on the Washington Post?). Just part of reaching so many people in Bethesda.
ReplyDeleteDyer's traffic is surging, according to third party analytics.
Elm, do you even know how to read these analytics? I'm an SEO manager moving to the area and it would be interesting to know you understand them.
Delete3rd party non integrated analytics are notoriously bad and inaccurate.
I do enjoy this blog for sure though. I just wouldn't read into any analytics unless it's from the source and then only if you know how to read them.
"According to third party analytics"

ReplyDelete10:01 AM I never said third party analytics are perfect, but if you want to compare with other sites it's the only option.... unless folks are going to turn over their analytics data. Not gonna happen.

DeleteLink, please?
Actually the professional industry completely disregards public 3rd party analytics data as complete and utter crap. So, Elm, yeah.
DeleteYou want a link to Elm's opinion?
