Bethesda construction update: Pike & Rose Phase II (Photos)

There has been major progress on several Phase II buildings at Pike & Rose in North Bethesda. A luxury apartment building (yet unnamed), and the residential building that will house both the Canopy by Hilton hotel and 930 Rose condos, are each several stories above street level.

Meanwhile, retail buildings that will be occupied by tenants REI and Pinstripes are also in-progress. REI is the easiest to photograph, as it is right at the front of the Federal Realty-developed property.

Still no mention of iPic. I guess they wouldn't give you free Milk Duds.

6:25 AM Try search, my friend. I just searched iPic on this site and Dyer has dozens of articles about it. He covered it from announcement, construction, City Perch and everything up through today.

He just mentioned it recently too. About the cost of parking?

Look like Dyer was trespassing and taking photos again. Robert, did you get permission to photograph this private property? #creeper

6:53 AM Looks like Robert Dyer is providing the best MoCo development coverage again.

Anonymous, did the Councilman give you permission to add extra starch on his dry cleaning you picked up this morning? Remember that extra coat of wax on his Prius!

  8. 6:25: I just did a multimedia review of the City Perch restaurant that is part of iPic, and iPic appeared in the video! What a knucklehead.

Except iPic which Dyer unethically ignores because they didn't send him an invitation for the press.
