Bethesda demolition update: Rugby Avenue (Photos)

There is one wall left at the former site of the Miller & Long headquarters at Rugby and Del Ray Avenues in downtown Bethesda. Workers are also getting ready to excavate the site, which will hold Donohoe Development's second mixed-use tower across from the Gallery Bethesda apartment tower.

Dyer transformed himself into a bat, to take those aerial shots.

In the unlikely event that term limits pass, Riemer will be unaffected, Leventhal will be promoted to County Executive, and the remaining Councilmembers will swap district and at-large seats.

    3. 7:44: Totally false, all lies. A majority favor term limits as of today. Even the sugar daddies of the Council have been reluctant to put up any money to oppose term limits, forcing the Council to ask their parents for money (what have they done with the millions we paid them to serve on the Council for 20 years?).

The Council CAN'T "swap district and At-Large seats" under the proposed rules for term limits. They're out for four years. Period. Time to get a real job. And Riemer is affected - he can only be elected one more time in 2018.

    1. 1:04: Nice spam for the EYA-funded part-time MoCo cartel blog network you guys have put together. Too bad people are tired of developer-funded propaganda sites like those, and are turning to me to get the real news, and "the rest of the story."

3:39pm = unsigned bitter Rockville blogger. No, I won't give you money to read your regurgitated public City of Rockville Police blotters.

1:04PM - Um, that info is from Rockville City Police about Rockville crime.
This is a Bethesda blog. There is no Bethesda City Police to release that type of info.

WPost had an article today that the unions have just donated to the effort against term limits. That solidifies my vote -- FOR term limits. The unions have the Council in their hands. Time to break up that incestuous relationship.

There's no reasonable argument against term limits. Why in the world does any councilmember think they need more than a decade in office?
If you can't get things done in a decade, then you really should move on.
We have great people in the County who can step up and serve.

There's a lot of deadwood on the Council...the times really have passed them by and they're just filling their seats. No new ideas or solutions.

Rockvillains are wise to Dyer's #SponsoredContent.

Why be so bitter about Dyer having the first review of Chuy's?

@6:54/3:23 I just checked the link. The guy at Rockville Nights was not a troll, and Dyer was incredibly rude in responding to him. He behaves like a petulant child, even with those who support him. Absolutely no class whatsoever.

It was a troll comment. Passive-aggressive, but still trolling. Fairly obvious too.
Don't you trolls have a secret code so you recognize each other?
