Bethesda Target construction underway (Photos)
There is a lot more than a stepladder inside the future Target space in the Shops of Wisconsin at 6831 Wisconsin Avenue in downtown Bethesda. In fact, there are escalator stairs waiting to be installed in an apparent escalator for the store. Target is scheduled to open in March 2017.
Here's something that would give a WMATA boss nightmares...
Where would the escalator go? I know why they want it in general -- the single elevator on that side of the building is insufficient -- but what would this escalator connect to?
