Bethesda construction update: 2nd District police station (Photos)
The floors of the future Montgomery County 2nd District police station at 4823 Rugby Avenue in Bethesda are looking much more complete than in my last update. There's still a long way to go here.
Is the parking garage situation going to get even worse, or this is as bad as it'll be? They've already taken about half of it for construction, meaning it's pretty tough to find a free space mid-day during the week. I know the police station itself will be using some spaces -- are those already blocked off? In other words, will we see an even further reduction in spaces for the public once they open, or it'll stay as it is now?

ReplyDeleteMy recollection is that at completion, 115 garage spaces will be taken for police use.
