Smashburger cleared out in Bethesda (Photos)
Signage for Smashburger was removed from the Norfolk-Cordell II building in downtown Bethesda yesterday. Inside, menu boards were removed, as well. The restaurant closed Monday.
Man I had some nice coupons for there.... Hopefully something better moves in, but its needs a completely new remodel. I really wouldn't mind some fast food, Taco Bell?
@6:47 AM - you know now that I think of it...I would probably get a buy one get one coupon for this Smashburger about once a month for the last 12 months.
10:50: It definitely was for that angel-investor funded blog that went out of business. Peak Bethesda blog is right now, on my site.
7:07: Never used a single coupon at this place.
6:47: Would love to have Taco Bell in Bethesda, but I need a drive-thru. I don't know how Five Guys has been a success without it, given that 70% of fast food business is generated through the drive-thru.
