Same thing with the liquor stories - information that is not public being exchanged for favorable coverage. At least we know who two of their angel investors are now. And just as the media is being reminded they're supposed to be adversarial! Fortunately, people can turn to this website for a break from fake news.
DeleteWhat was the "Lerner spin" in the story. I read the story and it objectively reported the arguments and counterargents in the original case and the appeal, and the verdicts. I certainly didn't see any sugar-coating of Lerner's loss or any suggestion that it was somehow unfair.
