Too bad their closing sale won't be open at 3 AM.

What makes you think those reporters are "embedded with Lerner's legal team", Dyer? Is this just another evidence-free fantasy to save your fragile self-esteem?

    3. 6:57: Easy - they get the information mysteriously at the same time as Lerner does, and then report it with Lerner spin. Same thing with the liquor stories - information that is not public being exchanged for favorable coverage. At least we know who two of their angel investors are now. And just as the media is being reminded they're supposed to be adversarial! Fortunately, people can turn to this website for a break from fake news.

What was the "Lerner spin" in the story. I read the story and it objectively reported the arguments and counterargents in the original case and the appeal, and the verdicts. I certainly didn't see any sugar-coating of Lerner's loss or any suggestion that it was somehow unfair.

"they get the information mysteriously at the same time as Lerner does"

You mean when the verdict was announced? LOL

  7. 5:36: It's hard to spin getting bodyslammed by the judge.

5:38: "Announced?" "LOL" it wasn't announced in court, it was published later. And was not available to read yesterday morning when I searched the court's website, and was not on the list of Daily or Weekly opinions. It is now available - supposedly - for download today.

"It's hard to spin getting bodyslammed by the judge."

So first you said "it was reported with Lerner spin", now you're saying there was no spin. Make up your mind.

  9. 6:19: No, I said all along there's been a pro-Lerner spin in their coverage since the lawsuit began. And with the verdict, it is hard to spin it Lerner's way. No confusion here.

So what was the "Lerner spin" in previous articles on the lawsuit?
