These hardly look "ultra-luxury" from the outside...

    1. This is an "under construction" photo - the opening of model units doesn't mean the building is finished, nor that the above photo is indicative of the final exterior appearance. I've heard a lot of positive comments from residents of Edgemoor and East Bethesda, who said they like the design and height of the building.

Dyer calls it "ultra-luxury" when it's in Bethesda, "drug and crime infested ghetto" when it's proposed in Westbard.

Very disappointing how ugly these are. Do these developers ever check out other high income areas for developing? The exterior is bland like the Lauren nearby, very cookie cutter looking building. I don't get why such a high priced area gets such bland looking condos.

no way, the concept pics looked more modern and luxurious

the brick looks like a film set, the bay windows look like something out of the 1990's, very surprised it turned out like this

what's with the red piping on the building? the balcony designs look out dated. bethesda should be pushing the envelope on designs to justify the prices

Let me guess, a million for a 2 bedroom? Certainly paying for the location, and not the look

If these were priced at $400K for a one bedroom I would be in line on opening day. But $500K for what is probably a 600 square foot studio...NO THANKS!
