Acqua Nails to offer haircuts Thursdays during Spiro's Barber Shop closure in Bethesda
If you live near the Shops at Sumner Place, and don't want to travel out of the neighborhood for a haircut while Spiro's Styling and Barber Shop is temporarily closed, you're in luck (and likely in need of a haircut, now that Spiro's has been closed since January). Acqua Nails in the same shopping center has announced barber Joliena will offer haircuts out of their salon on Thursdays only, until Spiro's reopens. Spiro Hallas passed away in late December, but there is some hope the barbershop will reopen in the near future.
What's going to happen to the barbershop? It looks like Spiros Barber Shop is registered in MD as a sole proprietorship/partnership, to Spiro himself (Spyridon D Hallas). He didn't sell it off when he retired?
ReplyDeleteLooks like someone is getting ready to scoop Dyer again.
ReplyDelete9:52: Too late - I've already reported the scoops, while other media completely ignored the Spiro story altogether. Cash me outside, how bou dat?
ReplyDeleteRobert Dyer aspires to be a "difficult" 13-year-old girl on the Dr. Phil show? Now that's just creepy.
ReplyDeleteDyer offering to step outside to fight?
ReplyDeleteI'll bring the popcorn-just tell me where
7:37: The troll is too much of a coward. He gets tough behind a keyboard in his mom's basement, but when he's stalking me at county meetings and events, he's always cowering behind the skirts of his sugar daddies on the Council, etc.
