The tower crane has been installed at the construction site of The Rugby. A 17-story mixed-use tower, The Rugby will complement the existing Gallery Bethesda luxury apartments at 4800 Auburn Avenue. Both will share a pedestrian plaza, and both were developed by Donohoe. This is a good time to
