Class 520 sets opening date in Bethesda + how to win 3 months of free ice cream

Class 520, a Thai fried ice cream roll shop in the Shoppes of Bethesda on Elm Street, will open on Friday, May 5, 2017. The first 30 people in line on Friday and Saturday will win VIP cards good for 3 months of free ice cream. Class 520 has an existing location in Rockville.
