Sign quickly removed from the Elm Street restaurant downtown, unlike 100 Montaditos, where the sign remains even after a new tenant leased the space! |
Interior of Elm Street location |
Westfield Montgomery Mall location |
They want you to know the Congressional Plaza location is still open |
Pretty spartan dining room |
Perhaps noodles aren't working in the age of "carbohydrates are evil" |
Wouldn't Coastal Flats or Astro Doughnuts & Fried Chicken have been a better choice here? |
They yanked the sign off immediately here, too |
Because crappy restaurants usually close. Bethesda is an embarrassment. There are so few food establishments that are worth the money. When are truly awesome places going to come to our town? Just boggles the mind.
ReplyDeleteBethesda Row is catching Montgomery Mall's death-spiral cooties.
ReplyDeleteMontgomery Mall still has the restaurant hardest to get a table at on a Saturday night- Cheesecake Factory.
ReplyDelete6:15 Just what the hell is a "awesome" place in your mind? You probably enjoy to pig fodder from a Cracker Barrel or Bob Evans.
ReplyDelete@6:15 - No jackass! How bout The Dabney? Smoked and Stacked? Cheesecake? District Taco? Taco Bomba? Just to name a few.
Deleteits probably because rents raised in the mall with the rennovation
ReplyDeleteDisappointing to lose ShopHouse & Noodles within a couple of weeks of each other!
ReplyDeleteCan we get an Irish Pub back in that space?
ReplyDeleteThat was a chain pub but pretty good spot. I agree.
DeleteHAAAAAAAAAANNNNSSS!
ReplyDeleteBring back Oodles of Noodles, though.
Bring back Blockbuster Video to the Row!
