Construction of The Rugby, the second mixed-use tower at Donohoe's Woodmont Central development in Bethesda's Woodmont Triangle, is about halfway to street level now. This future building will share the pedestrian plaza with the already-completed Gallery Bethesda, which is located at 4800 Auburn Avenue.
