Nail Up, the nail salon opening at 8227 Woodmont Avenue, will offer beer & wine to clients during their appointments. The salon is the latest to take advantage of the so-called Drybar law, unofficially named for the blowout salon chain that pushed for such liquor licenses when it opened its Bethesda Row location.
