New police commander named for Bethesda area
Montgomery County Police Chief Tom Manger has named Captain Paul Liquorie the new commander for the 2nd District, which includes Bethesda. Liquorie will officially take the role tomorrow, October 15. The current 2nd District commander, Captain David Falcinelli, has been named Duty Commander.
