The storage building at Union Hardware, located at 7810 Wisconsin Avenue, is now available for lease. This is one of several buildings on that block that could be redeveloped in the future, but the 2000 SF space is now available to another business in the near term.

ReplyDeleteAccording to the BB article, the owner hopes to deliver the same time that Marriott's HQ does. That's assuming that he convince get his resistant neighbors to go along.
